SHOPPING INFORMATION

What if an item I ordered is not in stock?

You'll be contacted by a member of our team if one of the items you ordered is out of stock. Typically, out-of-stock items will take about 5 business days to arrive. We'll contact you if an order is going to be delayed for any reason, and advise you of your options.

Does Feel Fabrics have a minimum order size?

We sell fabric by the yard, in increments of 1 yard. Unfortunately, we do not offer ½ yard quantities. We have no order minimum, but shipping is free over $100.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Additionally, we allow payment from PayPal as well!

Do you offer custom prints?

Yes! We offer custom printed fabrics. Simply head over to our custom printing page and fill out our easy-to-use form for your custom printed fabric.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, we can offer wholesale pricing on bulk orders. For more information, please get in contact with one of our sales reps at sales@feelfabrics.com.

How long do I have to return an order?

Feel Fabrics offers a generous return policy - the best in the industry, as a matter of fact! If you're not happy with your purchase, you have 90 days to return it to us, provided it's in the condition we sent it to you in (you haven't touched it yet). For order issues, we provide a full refund AND we pay for shipping - just let us know within 3 business days of receipt!

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Why do you delay credit card payment?

Several reasons - in case we are unable to fulfill your order due to an item being back-ordered, this allows us to charge you the correct amount for the product that is actually being shipping. Additionally, if you want to change your order before it's picked, you may do so without having to file a return.

Can I pay with PayPal?

Great question! You can pay with PayPal either by using our one-click option on each product's page, or by selecting PayPal as your payment choice at checkout.

What payment processor do you use?

We use Shopify's payment processor - a service trusted by thousands of merchants, worldwide.

Are there any additional fees when placing an order?

Nope! There are no hidden fees involved with your purchase - what you see is what you're charged. Whether you pay for your order via PayPal or credit card, there are no fees added to your order after you place it.

How long does it take for my card to be refunded if I return an item?

We hope you're 100% satisfied with your purchase - but sometimes, life isn't that fair. You'll see the appropriate funds credited back to the card or PayPal account you used to purchase the items within 48 hours of Feel Fabrics processing the return. Please note that can be up to two weeks after you ship your returned item back to us, depending on transit time and current returns queue.
