If your item was damaged during shipment, or you received the wrong item:
Your order is eligible for a full refund, shipping on us. Please let us know within 3 business days so we can send you a label and get you refunded ASAP.
We all change our minds sometimes. If you aren’t in love with what you bought:
Your order is eligible for a full refund (minus shipping costs). After getting a Return Number (a number that will help us identify your order and process your refund quickly), just purchase a label with any service you’d like, and ship it back. But remember, items must be in the condition they were received in to be eligible for a refund (you cut it, you buy it).
Getting a return approved is easy – here are the ways you can do it:

Do I need to include anything with the return?
We will send you a return form, along with an “RN”(return number). Please place the return form inside the box, and write the RN clearly on the outside of the box.
If I don’t have the original box, can I still return my items?
Yes. Just make sure your new packaging protects the contents properly.
What happens if the item is damaged during the return?
Items must be received in our warehouse in the condition they went out. However, carriers may insure your shipment – please ask, we will do our best to help.
Where does my refund go?
The refunds are processed in the method they were paid. In English: if you used a credit card, it will go back to that same credit card.
What items are eligible for a refund?
Any items that has been purchased within the last 90 days, and is undamaged.
Who pays for return shipping?
If there is something wrong with the order, FeelFabrics will pay for all shipping costs. If the item is being returns for a change-of-mind, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Can I return a damaged item?
No, an item damaged after delivery is not eligible for a refund.
